BPSC AE Exam Pattern & Syllabus

BPSC AE is one the most sought job in India. students from all over the country appear for this examination and that i the reason why this exam is getting tough and tough to crack each and every year. The Bihar Public Service Commission recently released an official recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Engineer. Three types of posts are available in this recruitment according to the stream of graduation i.e. Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical. In order to commence the preparation for the BPSC AE examination, the first thing the aspirants must do it to have a look at the BPSC AE Syllabus and Exam Pattern.

The selection for this stage will consist of one single examination. The exam will consist of 6 papers out which 4 will be compulsory and common for all and the rest of the two papers will be as per the concerned stream of graduation. The first two papers will be qualifying in nature. The BPSC AE syllabus and exam pattern topics for both compulsory and optional papers have been enlisted in this article. BPSC AE Syllabus 2020

The written examination will consist of 6 papers. The compulsory papers will be General Studies, General English, General Hindi, and General Engineering. These four papers will be common to all the aspirants. The fifth and sixth paper will focus on the fundamental subjects of the concerned stream. The questions from these papers will revolve around the core subjects. All the papers will be objective type in nature.

General Studies

In order to successfully clear the General Studies paper, the aspirants must study the following topics and subjects. Besides that, the candidates must read newspapers in order to develop awareness regarding more such topics.
